I recently went for a consultation and made a surgery reservation. The director looked over everything in detail and I felt I could trust them, and once again the manager explained everything kindly and in an easy-to-understand way. At the two clinics I had been to before, the managers only talked about the cost, pressured me into surgery, and made me feel uncomfortable, but that's not the atmosphere here ..
