When you go for a consultation, you only talk with the manager, and after you decide on surgery, you meet the director right before the operation. Because they do so many surgeries, it feels like they don't examine things very carefully. They do talk to you in the operating room so you don't get too nervous, and they are kind. It's good that they manage scar laser treatment, but some staff do it very carefully while others disinfect painfully, so it doesn't feel very kind. It was disappointing.
