I had my first surgery here 10 years ago. The doctor recommended partial-incision ptosis correction and pursued a natural look. I wanted the front canthoplasty, so I had it done, but it caused scar tissue in my right eye. Even now my double eyelid hasn’t come undone, but in the mornings when I’m sleepy, one side loosens and then goes back. They’ve ended up uneven, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. Every time I go for a consultation, they say I use my eyebrows to open my eyes, and I can’t tell if the ptosis correction came undone or was just never done properly.
