It was a visit from about 5 years ago, and as you'd expect from a doctor of that age, they prioritized safety. I had a slight hump nose, and they said it would be easy to just raise the tip cartilage without cutting the bone. The doctor had a cheerful, heh-heh sort of vibe and didn't have a stern image. I went around to clinics with doctors around the same age, and it seems like most older doctors focus on safety.
