There are always a lot of people, so I often have to wait. Even if I make an appointment and go, I still wait if the front area is crowded. I have waited as long as 30 minutes. The laser hair removal works well. The only inconvenience is that if I want to extend after the 10th session, I have to get an additional consultation with the manager first before I can extend.
