In summer, I got a lot of spots from the sun and my skin tone seemed dull, so I consulted at Forever near my office to try to even out my skin tone. They recommended toning, but there are many different types depending on the skin and the price varies too, so I'm thinking about whether I should do dual toning, which can also help with redness, but I want to consult a few more places before deciding.
