I had a non-implant nose surgery with osteotomy. Maybe because it was non-implant, they didn't even use a splint and the swelling went down quickly, but since I have a fleshy nose it ended up being too natural, which was a bit disappointing. I had a revision at another hospital. But my acquaintance says this doctor is good at nose surgery and was very satisfied.
