No consultation fee, no CT scan. Manager consultation → doctor consultation (the doctor felt my nose with his hands and explained while drawing) → manager consultation. I went in for consultation about a hump nose and a drooping nasal tip, and I was recommended an internal open approach with osteotomy plus ear cartilage and septal cartilage to lift the tip. They said it could be done without an implant. I liked that they explained the two conditions under which surgery would be possible, and that it was also possible with an internal open approach and no implant.
