It seemed like the bone at the base of my nose was crooked, and in Japan the only options they suggested for surgery on the nasal base were either making a prosthesis in advance and inserting it, or crushing the rib cartilage to do it. However, this clinic said they could make a prosthesis using rib cartilage to match the height of my crooked base bone, so I felt that their skill level was high.
