I went for a consultation because they have over 20 years of experience and the before-and-after photos were pretty. First of all, the director was kind, and they asked what kind of material I wanted to use for the surgery and seemed to do the surgery as much as possible to fit my needs, which I really felt. If you want a big change, I think it would be good to go for a consultation.
