As soon as I walked in, the staff were all so kind. Unlike newer hospitals these days, they seemed to prefer an analog way of doing things. They filled out the consultation details on paper, but that was fine because they looked at everything carefully. The director tried to listen closely to what kind of look I wanted, and only mentioned exactly what was necessary. I liked that.
