I went to consultations at 5 hospitals famous for open and closed rhinoplasty, and this was the one I liked the most. First of all, the director's consultation was very detailed, and they even drew pictures by hand to show me possible designs for my nose shape. In particular, unlike at other hospitals, they told me that my columella and cartilage were weak, so a support structure would definitely be needed during surgery, which made me trust them. They asked me to remove the filler and come back for another consultation so they could make an accurate diagnosis, so I'm scheduled to consult again after removing the filler.
