Review

The director took a long time to consult with me professionally and clearly distinguished what needed to be done from what was unnecessary, so I felt trust. However, when I was consulting with the consultation director, I lost some trust because they kept pushing for same-day reservations. Compared with the director’s thoroughness, the consultation director’s insistence on same-day booking looked unprofessional.
