I went there for a consultation last year. First, when I walked in, there were about three or four staff members at the desk, and I had my teeth molded, got a CT scan, and then had a consultation with the director. While waiting for the tests, the staff at the desk were talking about personal things quite a lot, which was a bit annoying. And the people who molded my teeth, whether they were hygienists or not, seemed a bit clumsy. Everyone seemed like they had only been working for a short time, kind of flustered among themselves, and even the molding felt awkward, so they didn't feel like experienced staff.
