They are honest: they say it can be done when it can be done, and honestly say when something cannot be done or is uncertain. Especially the manager was very sincere, so I felt like I could clearly decide what direction I should have the surgery in. There was no overtreatment; if anything, they explained the reasons why I should not get a procedure.
