I went in for a nose consultation, and they told me it seemed like I didn't need to do it. I really think they were honest in that regard. They recommended Maiko or Hiko with threads rather than surgery. I went in expecting a surgery consultation, but ended up getting mostly a procedure-based consultation, so I didn't get the answer I wanted, but I think they were honest.
