I've been getting Picco and Liftera treatment about once every month or two for almost a year now, and Liftera feels like the better fit for me. Right after Picco, the under-eye area brightens up, and Liftera causes a little swelling that lasts about a week, but it gives the face a nicely refined contour. I'm splitting 5000 shots to do the whole face, including the forehead. It's a high-volume hospital, but I'm satisfied in many ways, so I keep lying down there often
