It’s a factory-style clinic, so I wasn’t expecting much and went for the cheap price, but still, shouldn’t they at least check patient information properly... I specifically said in advance that for the jaw Botox, I wanted different amounts on each side, but less than five minutes after saying that, they put the same amount on both sides. They didn’t check the chart. They said sorry and added a few more shots to one side, but I didn’t feel good about it.
