A friend recommended this place because it’s one of the few ophthalmologists who specialize in double eyelid surgery, so I went for a consultation. They explain things like vision testing and ptosis, too. The wait time wasn’t long, so if you trust an eye clinic more than a plastic surgery clinic, it might be worth consulting here.
