At the time of the procedure, I went there because it seemed to be the cheapest place in the neighborhood for removing moles. There were a lot of people, and the staff looked busy, so the atmosphere was chaotic. The wait was also long. During the consultation, I couldn't see the doctor, and only saw them once I was lying on the procedure bed. When I asked during the consultation whether they'd take photos of the area where the mole would be removed, I didn't see the need for that, so I refused. Later I found out that if the procedure doesn't go properly, you can only get aftercare service if there are photos. Whether they intentionally didn't tell me because there were many areas to photograph and they didn't want to bother the staff, or whether they just forgot because they were overwhelmed... In the end, my moles were not removed satisfactorily. After a few months, many of them darkened again, and many left red scars.
