I went in without a consultation reservation and they still received me kindly that same day. Luckily there were no other customers at that time, so I got the consultation almost right away. The consultation was done by two people, the manager and the director. First, the manager looked at my eyes, estimated what kind of surgery I needed, and even measured the distance between my brows in detail with a ruler while shaping the eye line. After showing me before-and-after photos, I moved on to the consultation with the director.
