It turned out naturally, just as I wanted, and since the facilities are old, it's better not to expect too much. They seem to favor very natural results, so it would be better to say you want something a bit more pronounced than what you actually want. I have the feeling the consultation manager would just leave you hanging if a side effect occurred, but the doctor was pretty good at what they do.
