I had double eyelid surgery as my first surgery in 2014, and had skin incision, fat removal, ptosis correction, and front canthoplasty as well. I was told my skin was on the thick side, and I thought so too, but after 6 months one eye loosened, so I received touch-up surgery with buried sutures once on the left eye and once on the right eye. It loosened again after that too. I did think it was because my skin is thick, but there are some disappointing parts. There is also some remaining front canthoplasty scar. Still, I was satisfied with the line.
