The procedure is done under local anesthesia by two people total, one doctor and one staff member. It takes about an hour, and even with anesthesia, of course it doesn't hurt completely. During the consultation, I learned for the first time that I had ptosis. After surgery, my eyes opened up nicely and I can open them well. Since eyelids can loosen again over time, I had them made a little bigger, and my mother was worried about that, saying that since I'm a man, maybe the double eyelids were too much, but in the end, just as the doctor said, they gradually faded and settled in naturally.
