They do the suction for breast fat grafting sloppily. Right now my butt has completely collapsed, wrinkles have formed, and they carved out two more butt shapes plus my hip joints. They say only riding saddlebags or healthy fat count, but since they carved out the saddlebags and hip joints too, my pelvis has disappeared. I even got side effects in my breasts, but they shamelessly say that doesn't count as a side effect, and they absolutely refuse to show the director's face.
