I had breast fat grafting about 18 years ago, and now, 5 years later, they have become a little bigger than before, but they just feel like my own breasts. They don't look like they were obviously operated on, and I wouldn't say there was any effect on shape correction either. Still, since they became a little bigger than before, if you want a very, very subtle and natural feel, it might be good to try a second round.
