I was very dissatisfied with the long wait times and the inefficient system. I went there for a 9,900 won Botox shot, but I had to take a number and wait just to get a consultation. The consultation wasn't even with a doctor; it was with the consulting director, and I wondered if this process was really necessary. The consulting director also looked tired, and the people waiting seemed exhausted too. I hope this inefficient system improves. What's more, this clinic uses interns or university students instead of specialists to practice procedures...
