I had breast fat grafting surgery, and at the time, before I lost weight, it was fat so it looked natural and was good! Later I wanted to do a few more rounds, but I lost too much weight and that was disappointing Aside from ruining the effect of the surgery by dieting too hard, the surgery itself was fine.
