I had a consultation there a long time ago, and the reason it stayed in my memory was that the director was not commercial at all and consulted in such an honest and kind way. Other hospitals were so focused on recommending all sorts of things whenever I went for a consultation.. but here, they clearly said I didn't need unnecessary things and told me not to do them, so it stayed in my memory.
