Before even going, the price explanation was very careless and they kept pushing me to visit with ridiculous reasons. The more I asked in detail, the more it felt like a consultation of 'we won't budge unless you come in person,' or maybe a battle of nerves. I was already exhausted just from the contact, so I was about to give up on going, but the other staff member I met during the consultation was thankfully kind, while the surgeon was somewhat stiff.
