The consultation was with the chief director, but the procedure was done by someone else. Still, since it wasn't a major surgery but just a procedure, it didn't bother me much. The procedure was done carefully, and I'm satisfied. The facilities felt a bit old compared with other hospitals, and it didn't give me the impression that the hygiene was especially spotless. The procedure itself was satisfying!
