The app showed a bait-and-switch price. Even on the phone consultation they told me the app price, but when I actually went there, the price was different, and when I asked about it the consultant said it was because that's marketing team work. How are they supposed to explain every tiny detail like that? I lost so much trust that instead of buying a 5-session ticket, I only did one session and left.
