What bothered me first was that I couldn't meet the director. The price was on the high side too. I couldn't make a surgery decision only by talking to the consultation manager without even seeing the doctor. There was a bit of pressure to leave a deposit.. The doctor would be the one performing the surgery, so how could the manager decide on surgery without the doctor even seeing me...
