Even though I had an appointment, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had a 600-shot Shurink procedure, but unlike usual cases where numbing cream is used, it was done without anesthesia, so the pain was considerable. It seemed the treatment mode was changed halfway because it hurt too much. Also, a Botox procedure was scheduled after Shurink, but perhaps because the handoff wasn't smooth, I had to wait a bit more after the procedure before the Botox was done. Finally, after the Botox procedure, the bleeding didn't stop, but they just handed me three gauze pads and the staff hurried off to another procedure. There was no separate explanation. After the procedure, when I asked for a mask to wear, I was told to go buy one at a pharmacy myself. But when the patient next to me asked for a mask, the staff provided one immediately, so I was a bit disappointed that the staff responses were inconsistent. -- And Jeonju does seem to be more expensive than other regions for procedures, so if you have to go to another area, maybe get your procedure done there too..
