I first consulted with the manager, and then I consulted with the director. I got a very strong feeling that the director didn't seem confident about my eyes, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery. The facilities and the manager's consultation were good, but even though I had a long consultation with the director, it somehow didn't really resonate with me.
