The hospital facilities looked clean, but I haven't actually been into the operating room, so I took off one star... Other than that, I was satisfied with everything. They touched my eyebrows and asked me to open my eyes, but instead of just touching them, they pressed a bit lower, which made it harder to open my eyes I realized I do have ptosis, and they kept setting the line dozens of times, discussing what would be best and what the doctor thought looked best. Here they recommended buried sutures + non-incisional ptosis correction. I'm a bit tempted, but I'm still looking into ptosis correction more...
