Back when this person was at the ㅌㅇ plastic surgery clinic, a friend had double-eyelid surgery there. It was an incisional procedure, but it opened back up, and both the surgery process and the result were not careful at all. At the time, there was also a strong smell of cigarettes on their hands, and my friend even had revision surgery there, but in the end they were not satisfied with either of the two surgeries and ended up having another revision elsewhere.
