A fairly standard factory-style hospital feeling. They even open the botox in front of you. The doctor and staff are kind. But there are really a lot of people. Even if you make a reservation, you may have to wait a bit. I liked that when I consulted with the manager, they didn't push unnecessary procedures. I would revisit.
