Visited for middle-aged eye surgery for my mom. Everyone was kind overall, and especially the consultation manager had a really great skill for putting people at ease. The doctor clearly had a lot of pride in their own technique. But it was too expensive, so I didn't go through with it. Overall, it felt like they pursue a natural result.
