I had the surgery about 5 years ago and it's not bad so far. However, the important thing is that you absolutely, absolutely have to do a second round. I only did the first round and it all came out, so in the end I had to go through the huge process of extracting fat again and having another surgery... The injected area didn't hurt, but the removed area hurt so, so much, and I did full-face work, but my forehead sank in the middle... If you're putting it in the forehead, you absolutely have to watch out for collapse by getting Botox first. If you're someone with a bit of fat, I recommend extracting from the abdomen rather than the thighs (arms are okay too). The thighs are just hell, so I don't recommend them.
