The doctor's kindness isn't bad. But after a procedure, the effect always feels minimal. It's factory-on-factory style. The front desk staff are kind, but the care staff are mostly not kind, so after getting a procedure there were times I felt pretty bad. It seems like the number of customers has dropped a lot lately, because the wait has gone way down.
