What is this really, a budget hospital design lol. It's just cream smeared in and filler injections. I was lucky so the result came out pretty well, but honestly the male doctor did a good job, though the director changes often. Even the doctor lol and the director just keep changing often. It's fine if you just want something cheap done here. It's cheaper than txxx and okay, but it's only cheap.
