What they said during the consultation was completely different from the procedure I actually got... In the middle of the procedure, when they were molding it, they said it seemed insufficient and that I needed more added, so I felt like there would be extra charges. In the end I came out with it under-molded, and the consultation manager felt like they were trying to smooth it over in a rush. I came because I was recommended here, so it was disappointing.
