I had surgery in 2021, and I absolutely do not recommend it. I still remember it. During the consultation, I asked for an in-out line, but they set it as out. On the day of surgery, they just brushed over my eyes and were about to give the anesthesia injection right away, so I asked to see how they had marked the line, and only then did they bring a mirror. But there was no explanation, no line design, and all I saw was a magic marker line drawn over my eye. Also, the scar from the epicanthoplasty injection was left extremely badly. The double eyelid line is uneven, and because they set it as out, it also has a sausage-like look. Never go there.
