I visited because of a scar from a canthoplasty. Just making the consultation appointment was too difficult, and it seemed like they were heavily backed up. Once I visited, the consultation started right away, but I first spoke with a staff member and then waited a few minutes before the doctor came in. The consultation ended very quickly, probably in less than 5 minutes. I left because I felt unsure and thought I should consult elsewhere too, and then I only ended up paying a 20,000 won consultation fee. I'm still deciding whether to get the procedure.
