I went there after hearing from friends that they were thorough, and paid for a package. They were kind and, as rumored, very meticulous. The effect was better than I expected too. Even now, if I go when it feels like I might get acne and get treated, it works right away. The skincare products they sell here seem a bit overpriced, but I bought them anyway because I was too lazy.
