They explained everything, including all side effects, very clearly. Because the doctor has so much experience, this is a hospital where you can trust the surgical skill and have the surgery done. The doctor is a bit tsundere, so the first time you meet him you might feel surprised. Maybe because of that, the directors are all extremely nice. I have scars from giving birth, but the post-op outcome was very good and I am extremely satisfied.
