I had nose surgery here, and it really felt like the manager was the one doing the surgery lol. It's almost impossible to see the doctor. Even after the surgery, I wasn't happy with the result and wanted to see the doctor, but they said the doctor was busy and just kept talking through the consultation manager. I really want to go back to how things were before I had surgery here.
