It’s been almost 10 years, and for a first nose job it was on the expensive side. Back then, it was silicone plus ear cartilage and alloderm. I had a low nose and a bulbous nose. It was done as a closed procedure, but the bulbous nose didn’t improve at all, and the tip actually became even more blunt, so it turned into a boxy nose. I went back to the clinic several times after that, but they told me not to come again and gave me a fat-dissolving injection in my nose. It had zero effect.
