I had surgery 7 years ago. At the time I was recommended eye correction and inner canthoplasty, and I had both done. I’m satisfied with the eye correction. It was done under local anesthesia, and when I opened my eyes the double-eyelid lines were different. Because my eyes are asymmetrical, they made the double-eyelid lines uneven without even telling me. I still have the inner canthoplasty scar. Honestly, I don’t know if the inner canthoplasty had any effect, and all I have is a white scar. My left eye’s line is bigger and my right eye’s line is smaller, so I get stressed every time I take photos. The inner canthoplasty scar is more visible in bright places, and I really regret having the canthoplasty done. Still, my eyes are bigger than before, so two stars.
